HERITAGE FOUNDATION BOOK EVENT FOR “THE NATURAL FAMILY: A MANIFESTO” – SEPT. 7 AT NOON

The Heritage Foundation, America’s premier conservative think-tank, will have a book event and signing for The Natural Family: A Manifesto in the Foundation’s Lehrman Auditorium on September 7, 2007 at noon.

Co-authors Allan C. Carlson, international secretary of World Congress of Families (and president of the Howard Center for Family, Religion & Society) and Paul T. Mero, President of the Sutherland Institute (a World Congress of Families IV co-sponsor) will discuss the significance of The Natural Family in light of the 60th anniversary of the UN Universal Declaration of Rights.

One reviewer said the authors of The Natural Family: A Manifesto “explain why the family is in crisis, the ways in which the natural family is the source of culture and freedom, and what we can do to preserve the most fundamental and wholesome relationship on earth.”  Visit www.spencepublishing.com to purchase the book.

The event is hosted by Patrick F. Fagan, Ph.D., Senior Research Fellow in Family and Cultural Issues at Heritage, who has addressed three World Congresses.

The Heritage Foundation is located at 214 Massachusetts Ave., NE, Washington, D.C. 20002, telephone (202) 546-4400.
